Last Friday we took Sophie to her first concert in Columbus. We went to see the imagination movers. I must say even both Daddy and I thought it was awesome too.
We ate dinner at the Spaghetti Warehouse and then just drove down the street to the Palace Theatre for the show.
When we got there Sophie seemed excited but calm even though we told her we were going to see the movers..she couldn't see them yet so she did not put 2 and 2 together.
Then when the curtain open and the movers came out to their song she was in awe...she just stared and kept saying "look movers"
After a few songs she was dancing and bouncing around in the isle having a blast with a few of the other kids in the general area. Three out of the four movers came out into the audience on our side and since we were only about 10 rows back Sophie got to give them all five...she was just is awe of them and was so excited...the concert ended at about 7:45 and we headed home...the entire way home she was wide awake and was telling us all about as if we hadn't been there with it.
It was so much fun to watch her enjoy this concert I think we'll have to see what's coming to town in the next several months.
