Last night we decided to take Sophie to the fair. We have lived here over five years and never been and she has never been to a fair period. So off we went it was a good time had by all. We walked through all the animal barns..we saw cows, goats, and horses. The horses were right at the level Sophie could see them and pet them...we really hope she doesn't want one.
I rode the Carousel with Sophie which she enjoyed once it finally started moving, prior to that we were a little antsy to say the least.
Then off to get some fair food...the fair would not be the fair with out a elephant ear. Here Sophie and Daddy are munching on the elephants toes...a kid friendly version of the elephant ear.
We walked through a few more buildings and headed home. We will try it again next year when she is bigger and can withstand walking a bit further.
