Friday night when Daddy got home after we ate dinner, we decided it would be fun to dye some Easter eggs with Sophie. I boiled up some eggs during the afternoon and Sophie watched as we dropped the color tabs into the glasses of water. While she waited we gave her an egg to hold.
Of course her initial instinct was to put it up to her mouth.
Once the dye was ready to go, we helped her drop her egg into the pink dye.
Then another into the blue dye. While we waited she played with the Sesame Street stickers. Then once they dried we gave her stickers to put on the eggs which she did really well with.
We all had a lot of fun, and here is the finished product.
